- HACK PRADESH 2026 is open to students from RV Institute of Technology and colleges across India.
- Participants must provide accurate registration information.
- Teams must consist of 1–5 members.
- Each participant may be part of only one team.
- The hackathon will be conducted as an in-person 36-hour event from 6–8 October 2026 at RV Institute of Technology, Chebrolu, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
- Teams must work on the problem statements provided for the hackathon.
- Projects should be substantially developed during the hackathon.
- Teams may use publicly available libraries, frameworks, APIs, datasets, and other developer tools, subject to applicable licenses and the specific challenge rules.
- Participants must comply with all venue, safety, and organizer instructions.
- Projects must be original work created by the participating team.
- Teams must clearly disclose significant third-party code, APIs, datasets, models, or other external resources used.
- Plagiarism, impersonation, submission of another person's work, or misrepresentation of project ownership may result in disqualification.
- Projects must not contain illegal, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or malicious content or functionality.
Each team must submit the required project information before the announced submission deadline, including:
- Project title and problem statement
- Solution description
- Working prototype/demo
- Source-code repository, where applicable
- Technology stack
- Team member details
- Presentation/demo materials as requested by the organizers
Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered for judging.
5. JudgingProjects may be evaluated based on criteria such as:
- Problem relevance
- Innovation and originality
- Technical implementation
- Functionality and prototype quality
- Impact and usefulness
- Scalability or feasibility
- Presentation and demonstration
The organizers and judging panel will determine the final results based on the published evaluation criteria.
6. Prizes- The total prize pool is up to ₹50,000.
- Prize categories and amounts will be announced by the organizers.
- Prize distribution is scheduled for 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
- The organizers may require verification of participant/team details before awarding prizes.
HACK PRADESH 2026 is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. Participants, mentors, judges, volunteers, organizers, and visitors are expected to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow organizer instructions and venue policies.
- Refrain from inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
Violations may result in warnings, removal from an activity or venue, disqualification, or other appropriate action by the organizers.
8. DisqualificationThe organizers may disqualify a team for:
- Rule violations
- Plagiarism or fraudulent submissions
- Misrepresentation of information
- Unauthorized access or interference with systems
- Harassment or serious misconduct
- Any activity that compromises the fairness, safety, or integrity of the hackathon
Participants retain ownership of their original project and intellectual property, subject to any third-party licenses and agreements applicable to materials they use. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
10. Organizer RightsThe organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, challenge details, venue arrangements, or other event information when reasonably necessary and will communicate significant changes to participants.
By registering for HACK PRADESH 2026, participants agree to follow these rules, the code of conduct, venue policies, and applicable laws.
